Today is cold and wet. The high and the low is just about the same temperature, 40 degrees. That is cold for here even in the winter, and it is not even winter yet.
Cleaned the house for a showing of the house this morning. I am betting they cancel seeing how bad the weather is.
More than likely this will be the first day I do not close my rings on my Apple Watch, and the first day of not walking outside since mid September.I will see what I can do to make up the steps and minutes. Not sure I can make up the calorie burn. But I know I will make the standing goal.
