Yesterday was raining all day. I was almost nervous due to not being able to get outside and walk. I also ate more than normal but did not go over budget by much. What was bad for me even though I love them is my wife made polish sausage and sauerkraut, the salt is very bad for me and I can feel it this morning.
We did have a showing of the house and they stayed for about 30 minutes, so I believe they liked the house.
I did more resistance workouts yesterday than I normally do so maybe that made up a little for not being able to walk. It is raining this morning but should stop soon, It will be cold but I will still walk today.
I am getting to the point I cannot stand not getting my walk in.
